Delete your Cured account

What deleting your account means

Deletion is immediate and permanent. If you come back later, you'll start with a new account.

Deleted right away

• Your profile: name, email address, date of birth, gender and photo
• Your sign-in details, including any linked Apple, Google or Facebook sign-in
• Your answers, reflections, progress, saved modules and My Cure plan
• Your notification settings, notification history and device tokens
• Your subscription history with us. A subscription billed through Stripe is cancelled and your Stripe customer record is deleted.

What may be kept

• Payment and invoice records held by Stripe, Apple or Google, which they keep to meet tax and accounting rules
• Copies in our encrypted backups and server logs until they expire on a rolling schedule, normally within 30 days

Good to know

• A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play is billed by the store. Cancel it in your store's subscription settings, because deleting your account doesn't.
• You can also delete your account in the Cured app: open Profile and tap Delete Account.
